OSE-Conference 2017

Meeting in Diversity – Occupation as a Common Ground

On behalf of the Occupational Science Europe committee it is a great pleasure for us to cordially invite you to attend the OSE-Conference 2017, jointly organized by HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen and ASH Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin. The conference will be held at HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hildesheim, Germany, on September 8th – 9th 2017. We are delighted to welcome occupational therapists, occupational scientists and scientists from associated sciences that are interested in Occupational Science from around the world.

OSE 2017 will provide a unique opportunity to meet, network and develop collaborations with colleagues not only across Europe but also across disciplines. This interdisciplinary and international conference aims to create a meeting space for lively debates to explore and further diverse perspectives on occupation. By encouraging out-of-the-box thinking across disciplines and beyond traditional modes of thought, we hope to link different disciplinary and international approaches and theories to strengthen our understanding of occupation as the common ground. The conference will include keynote addresses, oral and poster presentation, symposium and workshops. Additionally, you can sign up for participation for the pre-conference – 2nd Meeting of Think Tank for Occupation-Based Social Transformation, which will take place on 7th September 2017.
